COME HOME TO Strasburg, Virginia Strasburg, Home of the Rams
Founded in 1761, Strasburg is greatly recognized for it's civil war history, pottery and antiques and beautiful mountain valley. Strasburg is the northern most town in Shenandoah County.
Strasburg has many attractions in and around the town.
There are several antique shops to browse through.

Civil war battlefields are within minutes of Strasburg. The Fishers Hill Battlefield is approximately 3 miles south of Strasburg with a walking trail. Three miles north of Strasburg is the Cedar Creek Battlefield with the historic Belle Grove mansion offering seasonal daily tours.
Camping and hiking are nearby at the George Washington National Forest and the Jefferson National Forest. Cedar Creek Campground is approximately 3 miles north of the Town of Strasburg.
The Town of Strasburg also has Virginia's oldest cavern. Crystal Caverns is located on Rt. 11 north. Home to several museums, the Strasburg Museum at the old train depot, the Museum of American President's and the Stonewall Jackson Museum, all located nearby to each other.
Running along the east side of Strasburg is the North Fork of the Shenandoah River. At the Strasburg Town Park, there is public access and boat launch.
